Booking information and FAQs

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you at 3 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. Should you wish to use your room longer, please contact the reception.

Day spa on departure day
As our hotel guest, you can also use the spa area on your departure day. You are guaranteed to return home feeling truly rejuvenated.
Price per person: €30.00, not including spa treatments
Double room for single use
You are welcome to book a double room for single use. We charge a supplement of €22.00 per night and person.
Pets
Would your four-legged friend also like to breathe the fresh mountain air? No problem at all! We charge €15.00 per day, excluding food. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs are not allowed in the dining area or wellness area – thank you for your understanding.
Children’s rates (when accompanied by two full-paying guests)
0 to 3 years: free of charge
4 to 15 years: €5.00 per night per child per year of age
From 16 years: 30% discount on the respective daily price
At Christmas and New Year’s, we charge a one-off surcharge for children between 12 and 16 years of age.
Christmas only: €30.00
New Year’s only: €30.00
Christmas and New Year’s: €50.00
Local tax
In addition to the room rate, a local tax of €2.00 per person (16 and older) per day will be charged.
The Osttirol Card
The Osttirol Card is your passport to a holiday full of adventure. The card is not included in the accommodation price but can be purchased at our reception. With the Osttirol Card, you can access the following services free of charge:
- 6 mountain cable cars
- 4 swimming pools
- 13 different nature and cultural experiences
Booking confirmation
With your written booking confirmation, you are making a binding offer to conclude a contract with us. The contract becomes binding when we confirm your booking in writing.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to guarantee you a specific floor or room number.
Single parent travelling with a child
In select periods, the children’s discount applies to accommodation in a double room in the main building with one or more full-paying guests. For detailed information, please see our current catalogue or simply contact us!
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking and your and our efforts to fill the rooms for the reserved time remain unsuccessful, the following charges will apply:
- Up to three months before the date of arrival: no charge
- In the event of cancellation up to one month before the date of arrival: 40% of the booked rate
- In case of cancellation up to one week before the day of arrival: 70% of the booked rate
- Cancellation less than seven days before arrival: 90% of the booked rate
To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Room with breakfast and afternoon vitality buffet
You are also welcome to book our rooms with breakfast and afternoon buffet only. Should you opt for this, we will credit you €35.00 per adult per night. Of course, all our other inclusive services remain available to you.
