Federal government lifts last restrictions

As the peak of the omicron wave has passed, the federal government, after consultations with the provinces, the GECKO Commission and experts, has decided to phase out the existing COVID measures in almost all areas:

  • From 19 February 2022, the 3G rule will be introduced in all areas where 2G currently still applies. This means also for gastronomy, accommodation, cable cars, thermal baths and other leisure businesses such as showmen as well as events.
  • From 21 February 2022, school events such as ski courses can also be held.
  • From 5 March 2022, the remaining Corona measures will be largely lifted:
  • Night catering, stand-up catering and bar operations will be permitted again.
  • The ban on consumption at events, trade and public fairs will also be lifted.
  • However, FFP2 masks are still compulsory in vulnerable settings (old people's and nursing homes/hospitals), in public transport including its stops and in customer areas of vital trade (pharmacies, food retail, banks, post offices, etc.).
  • In other enclosed areas, wearing an FFP2 mask is recommended.
  • Prevention concepts and COVID officers are to be maintained everywhere.

Green passport:

This is now valid for 9 months after the 2nd vaccination, after which a third vaccination (booster) is necessary. Johnson & Johnson is only valid until 3 January, after which a booster vaccination is necessary for proof of vaccination.

What we do for you:

  • All employees wear an FFP2 mask
  • Regular hygiene training for our employees
  • Adaptation of our already high hygiene standards
  • Tables are disinfected and table cloths changed after each guest.
  • Countless disinfectant dispensers throughout the hotel premises
  • Frequent ventilation of all areas of the hotel

    Conduct of our guests:

    • Wearing an FFP2 mask is mandatory in the generally accessible areas. For children aged 7-14 years, an MNS is also possible. Children up to 6 years of age are exempt from the mask requirement
    • Show proof of low epidemiological risk (vaccination, recovery) on entry and keep ready for the duration of stay.
      Please observe the legal regulation.
    • Wash hands several times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds. There are several disinfectant dispensers throughout the premises.

    Restaurant:

For the entire stay, a table is reserved for you at breakfast, afternoon snack, and dinner. You can inform our head waiter or our reception about your table wishes, but due to the current distance regulations we cannot fulfil every wish.

    Buffet:

Breakfast buffet, afternoon buffet, salad buffet etc. will be available in the usual manner.

These take place in compliance with the hygiene regulations (FFP2 mask, hand disinfection and/or disposable gloves) and with the necessary distance.

    Pool/Sauna/Wellness area:

It is important to us to open our wellness landscape (except whirlpool) for you.

We have made sure to implement the legal regulations in these areas, such as  the mimimum distance.

General rules of conduct for guests:

    5. Follow the instructions of our employees.

Thank you for protecting yourself as well as all other guests and your hosts.

We ask for your understanding and point out that such restrictions do not justify warranty claims, especially not for price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

Thank you for supporting us with your self-responsibility.
