Safety and distance make for a successful holiday.

The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority.

What we do for you:

  • We are keeping the Villa Jesacher closed this summer to give you more space on holiday.
  • Employees wear mouth and nose protection or face shield.
  • Regular hygiene training for our employees
  • Adaptation of our already high hygiene standards
  • Reduction of the number of tables in the restaurant and bar to maintain the minimum distance of 1 metre
  • Tables are disinfected and table cloths changed after each guest.
  • Countless disinfectant dispensers throughout the hotel premises
  • Frequent ventilation of all areas of the hotel

    Conduct of our guests:

    • Please observe the legal regulation: keep 1 metre distance to other people!
    • Wash hands several times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds. There are several disinfectant dispensers throughout the premises.

    Restaurant:

    For the entire stay, a table is reserved for you at breakfast, afternoon snack, and dinner. You can inform our head waiter Michael Fuchs or our reception about your table wishes, but due to the current distance regulations we cannot fulfil every wish.

    Free choice of seats only in the guest garden.

    Buffet:

    Breakfast buffet, afternoon buffet, salad buffet etc. will be available in the usual manner.

    In the buffet areas the general hygiene rules and distance regulations apply.

    Pool/Sauna/Wellness area:

    It is important to us to open our wellness landscape (except whirlpool) for you.

    We have made sure to implement the legal regulations in these areas, such as  the mimimum distance of 1 metre.

    General rules of conduct for guests:

    1. Keep at least 1 metre distance from other persons except for persons from your own household or fellow travelers staying in your room.
    2. Mouth and nose protections is recommended in crowds of people.
    3. Avoid crowds of people at the reception and in the restaurant.
    4. If possible, choose a contactless payment method. Invoices should preferably be paid by card.
    5. Follow the instructions of our employees.
    6. Refrain from shaking hands and hugging.
    7. Wash hands several times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds. Make sure to use our hygiene dispensers.
    8. Do not touch your face with dirty hands.
    9. Sneeze or cough in the crook of your arm or in a handkerchief.
    10. Do not travel if you feel sick. Contact the host if any signs of illness occur during your stay.
