Gault-Millau writes in 2014: "… The cream of kohlrabi soup had an intensive taste of herbs and the salmon trout fillet poached in green tea on creamed potato and parsley was a successful composition of tastes. … An apple strudel in a jar and the caramelised banana with ginger ice cream pleasantly rounded off the visit.
