Multi award-winning indulgence at the Jesacherhof hotel

As a gourmet hotel we are naturally extremely honoured that our gourmet cuisine has already received several awards. Among other things we boast a Gault-Millau toque and awards from Falstaff and À la Carte.

These awards speak for the outstanding quality of the food, our kitchen team's masterly art of cooking and the care invested in every single dish.

Indulgence is in fact given top priority at the Jesacherhof hotel, as the awards also prove, which we are of course delighted with time and time again. Gault-Millau writes in 2014: "… The cream of kohlrabi soup had an intensive taste of herbs and the salmon trout fillet poached in green tea on creamed potato and parsley was a successful composition of tastes. … An apple strudel in a jar and the caramelised banana with ginger ice cream pleasantly rounded off the visit. Keep up the good work."
