The dishes from the award-winning gourmet cuisine at the Jesacherhof hotel are a real feast for the senses. Our chef Tom Patterer and his amazing team conjure up specialities to tickle the taste buds every single day. Particular attention is paid to using natural, regional ingredients, to careful preparation using no flavour enhancers but pure natural Himalayan salt and the skilful selection of tastes that when combined in the pot and in your mouth produce a real culinary climax.

In the Jakobistub’n we indulge you with our gourmet cuisine and gourmet board with generous breakfast buffet, afternoon energy and cake buffet and exquisite gourmet menu in the evening.

All kinds of tempting delicacies from our gourmet cuisine are available for a good start to the day from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m. Various types of breads, croissants and cakes, cold meats, home-made jams and fruit spreads, egg dishes, teas and coffee sweeten up the morning for you.

Sweet and savoury snacks

Savour pastries and cakes from our own patisserie from 3.00 to 5.00 p.m. Be it sweet or savoury, nobody can resist with this selection! A tea and coffee bar, fresh fruit, juices, a creamy soup, savoury sandwich spreads, prosciutto also await you. This taster of our gourmet cuisine is also served on the sun terrace in the summer.

Evening gourmet menu

We serve an exceptional 5-course gourmet menu from 7.00 to 8.30 p.m. The menu includes the selection at the salad and raw food buffet, two starters, three soups and four main courses to choose from as well as two desserts. On request our sommelier and junior host Christian Jesacher will recommend fine accompanying wines to go with your gourmet menu. 

Dinner

As an alternative to the gourmet menu you can select a healthy or vegetarian menu from our gourmet cuisine. We are also happy to take your food intolerances into account!
